If you have the situation where you listened to a podcast but didn’t follow and it is still being recommended to you by Spotify, follow these instructions to remove the podcast as recommended podcast on the Spotify home page.
- Go to the page for the podcast
- Scroll to the top to select the gear icon
- At the bottom, select „Mark as played“
- Select „Mark all as listened“ and select „Done“.
- Close Spotify App completely and restart
